When you use our Site regardless of means of access, you are automatically agreeing to be bound by our legal notices, privacy policy, and other Site policies (like our Educational Statement or Return Policy) contained on our Site, and you agree that your use of our Site is subject to this Agreement, subject to all applicable laws, and undertaken at your own risk. Product Availability
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. If products are not available at the time of your desired purchase, please contact us at info@martinnibeauty.com for assistance. We will use our best efforts to correct errors where discovered as soon as possible, and we reserve the right to retract any stated offer and correct any inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been placed and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

Submitting a Review

Validating Your Order
Once you place an order with Martinni, we reserve the right to verify the information you have provided, including but not limited to the method of payment and shipping address. We have the right to reject any order you place with us without providing a reason. We will attempt to notify you provided during the order process if any order is rejected.

Choice of Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than those of the State of California. Any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or based upon this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby may be instituted in the federal courts of the United States of America or the courts of the State of California in each case located in the city of Abington and County of Washington, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action or proceeding. The parties irrevocably and unconditionally waive any objection to the laying of venue of any suit, action or any proceeding in such courts and irrevocably waive and agree not to plead or claim in any such court that any such suit, action or proceeding brought in any such court has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
